 i stop and think about what's on my mind

its funny how you're on it most of the time

so that's why i sit here writing this rhyme

hoping one day it'll show you a sign

that i really want you to be mine

so what can i do to get to you?

right now i sit here wishing if only you knew

but with the disguise that i always seem to show

it only makes it harder for you to understand and know

i gotta stop denying it and tell it to your face

that living a life without you, is a big disgrace

that's why i want you near, and by my side

but i leave it to you, for you to decide

i'm not forcing you in any way

but i hope you're understanding what i say

and i hope one day your'e able to see

that i want you here with me

but if that day should never come

just keep in mind, you're my number one

the last thing i'd want to do, is lose you as a friend

but tell me what you wanna do

so i dont think about it over and over again.
